Co-Founder & Managing Partner
CS Midhunkumar E M is a Fellow Member (FCS) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), New Delhi, and holds a Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). He is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Prabin and Midhunkumar Associates, where he brings deep expertise in corporate laws, compliance frameworks, and strategic advisory. With a commitment to clarity, efficiency, and client-centric solutions, he plays a vital role in leading the firm’s professional excellence. He is also a Registered Trademark Agent, assisting businesses in securing and managing their intellectual property rights.
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
CS Prabin K is a Fellow Member (FCS) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), New Delhi, and holds a Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). He is also a commerce graduate from Government College, Madappally, Calicut. As the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Prabin and Midhunkumar Associates, he brings in-depth expertise in corporate governance, legal compliance, and business advisory. Known for his practical insights and meticulous approach, he plays a pivotal role in steering the firm’s commitment to quality and professionalism.
Neethu Balakrishnan
Neethu Balakrishnan is a commerce graduate from the University of Calicut, with practical experience in accounting, tax planning, and GST compliance. She has successfully completed her CA Articleship and is currently pursuing the Chartered Accountancy course. Her hands-on exposure to various tax and financial matters enables her to provide reliable support in both routine and complex assignments, making her a valuable member of our accounts and taxation team.
Malavika Anil
Malavika Anil is a CA Final student, a qualified ISO 27001:2022 Consultant, and is currently pursuing CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor). She has hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and GST compliance, along with a strong foundation in information security and internal controls. Her multi-disciplinary expertise enables her to contribute effectively to both financial and system-based engagements. Malavika is a key member of our Accounts & Taxation team.
