is a Fellow Member (FCS) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi. He is a commerce graduate from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. He is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Prabin and Midhunkumar Associates, Company Secretaries. He is also a registered Trademark Agent.
